The MOD 10 is a 1000 sq ft modern house that is modeled off of the MOD 5 with living module on the main floor and choosing between a master bedroom suite on the upper floor or a sleeping module that contains 2 additional bedrooms and a family room. Keeping with the eco conscious MOD 5, the MOD 10 creates a small footprint to minimize the disruption of the earth. Open floor plan living is carried throughout the MOD 10 with an emphasis on families spending time together in the living area while keeping private areas accessible. Flush wood siding, natural light and a spacious deck continue the modern lines outside.
