This is similar to the Washington plan, but a little more straightforward. We like the full front porch on this one, though. This gives us an opportunity to expand the upstairs front room into a full family room with an area for an entertainment system and/or study. The upper bedrooms are also expanded easily fitting two to a room if need be. Also, the den can easily be converted into a 4th bedroom. This plan has a basement, but we have an option without the stairs down. There's an alley accessed garage with this plan, but there could be options for other configurations. While the master may not be huge, the accompanying bathroom and master closet are rather large. There's also a nice office area for the adults or teens to have computer access downstairs.
