WF203 is a modern design that was developed in conjunction with WF201 and WF202. This modern design consists of 2 levels and a single loaded plan to allow for maximized daylighting and views to the exterior. Again the project contains a modern open plan and is inspired by the mid-century modern and case study precedents. The floor plan is zoned such that living and sleeping quarters are isolated on the first and second floors respectively. This allow the HVAC zones to be shut off when not in use. As with all the plans in this plan collection, any number of green or sustainable technologies can be incorporated in the base design.
